The concept that represents the “nerves” of this section of the “books of recording” involves a simple question that arises in the mind of the narrator when they approach that place: Am I here, or there? This question reflects the philosophy of the relationship between the creative self and the places where we live. Perhaps it becomes a part of our vital existence, even if it is stored in memory.
