In 1936, after the signing of the British-Egyptian treaty, Taha Hussein realized that the dream of external independence and internal sovereignty was approaching. As a writer and thinker who cared about his country’s affairs, it became his duty to contribute to the development of Egypt’s cultural future. He wanted to guide the youth and provide guidance to those in power, while also pointing out the flaws and problems of the existing educational system. He proposed solutions based on European models, hoping to benefit from Western advantages. “Who knows!
