Suddenly, I saw myself in the wilderness, behind a door that must be the door to that hall. Before me was a wide, paved square, surrounded by a gentle breeze filled with the scent of iodine, coming from a sea whose foam reached the edge of sight. Behind me, men and women in summer clothes were carrying umbrellas and folded chairs.
